Search bot announcements from your IRC sources

XDCC search for your configured IRC channels

autofetch indexes recognised bot announcements from channels configured or subscribed to by users. Search pack names, bots and package numbers in the portal and send a matching result to your local client.

What you can search

The search uses structured details recognised in announcements. Depending on the bot message, these can include:

  • file or pack name
  • bot name and package number
  • other details recognised from the announcement

How the index is built

The IRC collector listens in configured announcement channels and passes recognised messages to autofetch. The index grows from sources actually being observed; it is not an imported general pack list.

One match, two options

Send an available result to your client as a download job, or save the search as a watch when autofetch should continue looking for a future pack.

Downloads and credentials stay local

The server manages index, search and jobs. The IRC connection used for the download and sensitive credentials remain on your local client.

Not a general public XDCC search engine

autofetch does not provide networks, channels or content. Search results only come from sources configured and actively observed in the system, so historical completeness and permanent pack availability cannot be guaranteed.

From XDCC search to automation

A watch can continue looking for series, releases or numbered packs. Detailed counter behaviour remains on the dedicated ongoing-downloads page.
