Support
Request help safely
Use the guides first. Signed-in users can then send a structured support request from the portal.
Include useful context
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The visible error code or message
- Approximate date and time
- Client version and operating system where relevant
- Checks you have already performed
Remove sensitive information
Never send passwords, SASL or NickServ credentials, pairing codes, session cookies, private tokens, complete configuration files or unredacted logs.
Replace private hostnames, paths and personal data with clear placeholders while keeping the surrounding error understandable.
